Pastor Megan Herrold Sinchi will be preaching from Isaiah 49:1-6, 13-18. Megan Herrold Sinchi is a newly ordained minister in the Evangelical Covenant Church and has served in churches in Chicago, Northern Indiana, and Dublin, Ireland. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry, with a research focus on interim ministry and churches under leadership transition. Megan graduated from North Park Seminary in 2018 with an MA in Christian Formation; she also has a degree in Intercultural Studies from Dublin City University in Ireland, where she first felt God's call to pastoral ministry. Megan and her husband, Javier, met at River City and married in 2020. They live in the Albany Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Pastor Phil is the founder and lead pastor of the House Covenant Church (The House)—Chicago’s first Christ-centered, hip-hop worship service reaching people every Saturday. He also serves as an associate pastor for Lawndale Community Church (LCC) on the west side of Chicago. For more than two decades, Phil has served God full-time on the front lines of urban youth ministry.
