As a freelance writer with most of her publication credits revolving around surviving, hiking, and biking around Northern Michigan's forests, Kandace lives to be outside. She has completed the Iceman Cometh Bike Challenge - the largest point-to-point mountain bike race in the US -  eight times with 5,000 other riders - managing to not podium not even once, not even close. BUT she accomplished her lifelong bike dream last summer: she started a women’s bike group for the funny, fab, and not-so-fast! So get comfy and enjoy the story behind the founder and creation of MI Girl Bike Group.

For Nicky, group rides are the best way to be on a bike whether it be party pace or a spicy training ride. Sean has been mountain biking since 2005 and working with MiSCA in many roles since joining their Board in 2012. As the Executive Director for Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association, he's the point person for the youth mountain biking league here in Michigan.
