In this week’s episode, Ray Van Drie joins us to discuss his experiences building an entire school campus to host 2,000 students in rural Uganda, all from his cell phone. He shares some of the struggles that he went through during the construction phases and the immense joy that he gets by volunteering for the project. One of his and his wife’s favorite aspects of their involvement in the relationship is that they have been able to grow with Dorah, their sponsored daughter. They have seen the change in her becoming a Christian over the past two years to an avid evangelist in her home village today. Ray Van Drie, a seasoned construction professional with over 40 years of experience in Michigan, has always had a passion for building and engineering.
