  • The Spy Who Played Them All
    Nov 5 2023
Back in 2017 America was all abuzz about the infamous Steele dossier. We now know that the whole dossier was part of a Hillary Clinton dirty tricks program. Even the author, Christopher Steele admitted to its falsehood in a trial in England. However, there was a crime committed and documented in the dossier. In effect, the dossier about Trump actually had nothing to do with Trump. It was there in black and white in an article in the April 2017 Vanity Fair. And that's what this podcast is about.

  • My Beau Geste Connection
    Oct 16 2023
My Grandfather may have been the inspiration for a character in the novel Beau Geste. He was a WWI veteran who suffered from PTSD and it cost him his life. But the actions that won him a chest full of medals including the Distinguished Service Cross are the stuff of legends.

  • 9/11 From Ground Level
    Sep 11 2023
People have forgotten. But I haven't. Governments have turned this attack into a reason for their own agendas. But then the attack was an act of someone with an agenda of their own. I was there when it happened. I was on the ground watching as people responded to the attack in their own special ways. I had to put this into words lest we forget.

  • Bird Watching With George Hamilton
    Aug 19 2023
It's 1967 and a chance encounter with the world famous Flamenco dancer, José Greco, sets me on a Hemingway-esque like adventure to Spain. I met bull fighters, rock stars, and hobnobbed with the rich and famous on the Costa del Sol. Not bad for an 18-year old kid from Connecticut.

  • Playing With Hemingway's Cats
    Jul 15 2023
My Ernest Hemingway and James A. Mitchner connection. The story behind the publishing of THE OLD MAN AND THE SEA. While bicycling across the country, I took a breather and traveled to Key West, Florida for the Hemingway Days Festival. Cajoled into the storytelling contest, I won. Oh, yes... and Hemingway's cats.

  • What If Dawkins Was Right?
    Jun 29 2023
Dawkins once postulated that it would take an infinite universe with an infinite number of galaxies with an infinite number of suns with an infinite number of planets for the probability of life to reduce to 1. What if he were right?
