    Ryan makes up 1/3 of the Freetrail team along with Dylan Bowman and his wife Harmony.
    In this chat we talk about Ryan's involvement in the growing business that produces podcasts, short form and long form media projects.

    As a dedicated trail runner himself, we talk to Ryan about his recent running of WSER, which was an 8 year project for him. We talk about the highs and lows during that special race and how he's reflecting on it some weeks later.

    We also talk about our mutual love of music and how we view it as importantly as we do our running!

    This was a great chat and if i look or sound tired, its because i had to stay up until midnight to make our schedules match up for the recording!
