We look at the reasons YouTube seems so incredibly counter-productive regarding their censorship policies, vague and nebulous TOS and anal-retentive approach to all content that is not "Disney Rated Vanilla Safe". Is there actually a logic and rationale to what appears to so many to be plain old garden variety madness and dumb business? Is it just stupidity and a craving for BLIND POWER over the lowly content creators and providers? Finally, what could be a solution to the log jam that stifles and hamstrings the free flow of content creation, and the wants, whims, and logical business needs of advertisers? Could the solution be as simple as this? We think it is. So why won't YouTube implement it, or something like it? Everyone is asking that same question and the silence is deafening.
