  • In this episode we meet Ako, whose life was changed in an instant in 2017 when she went on holiday to Mallorca with her husband, their 2 year old son and some friends. Whilst there Ako went climbing – something she has done for over 10 years. Despite a lot of experience, something went wrong which resulted in her falling 20metres down the side of a cliff. This episode looks at Ako’s journey to recovery with the help of the Leeds Major Trauma Centre. We also meet Liz who is the lead physiotherapist from the centre who talks about the sheer amount of physio Ako has done and continues to do so she can achieve her goal of climbing again
