Despite Howard’s proximity to her subjects, Our Life is honest. There’s love and understanding for the subjects here, particularly Howard’s drug addled best friend Jade. But there’s also scathing judgement, especially for her vapid sister Halle. Audience reactions were overwhelmingly positive although Our Life may have hit a little too close to home for some as there were multiple walkouts throughout. Overall, this is the must see production of the year and one you won’t want to miss!
