In this episode which is the first in a while we explore the subject of sex, explain the foundations of stereotypes and stigmas and do away with them but mostly, we explore what it takes to have good sex and if you already have good sex then better sex
This is part 1, sex on this podcast is broken down into 1. good sex and 2. sexual health. Please do not listen to one without the other, either listen to both or none
and please have conversations, honest, vulnerable and safe conversations around this topic within and around your communities and sphere of influence.
It is an important mission of mine to make sure that everyone, men and women and all people in the world get to have good sex and know what it is.
