Dave was on vacation, that broke son-of-a-bitch. San Diego was the destination for some fun and family time. In many ways the west coast is the best coast, so they say, but in others it's not. In all, a great little trip with the family was had.

While traveling, Dave had a few musing around fast food advertising and why we as a people have accepted being fed both figuratively and literally garbage. Also, where do reward monies come from, and do you get them back in taxes after a ransom is paid? Asking for a friend...

Tough break for the Oilers, but they played well late in the series. Better luck next season in Oil Country.

Dave puts on his therapist hat and analyzes his way around why eating leads to demise. Drama aside, Ozempic is looking pretty good right about now. Sure, there are bouts of vomiting and prolonged side effects, but...abs, Jerry.

Changing habits is hard, but we all struggle to do it together. If you have any horrible habit or have overcome something destructive, Dave would like to hear from you. Eating is his crux, but there are so many more out there.

This is a tirade about reading the room, identifying covert...possibly nefarious...government individuals, and the oh-so-sweet Ozempic. All ends of the spectrum in this one, but what else would one talk about while having lunch?

Dave talks about some of his "weight loss" journey, and how it seems that all roads lead to daily to weekly injections. That's the easy way out, so he thinks, but when push comes to pull...ing up his pants that don't fit, it seems we all have our breaking point.
