I can’t take the hosts Vocal Fry/Valley Girl Talk
I LOVE all of the information and really praise Shannon’s knowledge but unfortunately she is speaking like a Kardashian or Paris Hilton and it’s like nails on a chalkboard! She uses that “baby talk”, creeking, growly Valley Girl talk and “up speaks” her sentences like they all end as a question, even when it’s not a question. Every word is dragged out and gravelly, like she just woke up or it’s “like super like boring and hard talking to these people” Please, please use your upper register. I’m not trying to be mean I’m actually trying to help. People will take you more seriously if you speak in a clear solid voice, don’t trail off in California “yeaaaaahhhhs” and eliminate the constant use of the word “Awesome!” after guests tell you an interesting fact. Again I’m really sorry if you read this and it hurts your feelings. It’s not just me. I suggested it to friends coming to visit Savannah and they said “ I can’t take that weird voice thing she’s doing”.
Something went wrong. Please try again in a few minutes.
