Synopsis: A mother and daughter, still wounded from a bitter custody dispute, hole up in a rundown apartement building, where they are targeted by the ghost of a former resident.

This week we watch the 2008 horror/adventure/thriller flick, The Ruins. The movie was directed by Carter Smith and stars Jena Malone, Shawn Ashmore, Jonathan Tucker and Laura Ramsey.

Synopsis: A leisurely Mexican holiday takes a turn for the worse when a group of friends and a fellow tourist embark on a remote archaeological dig in the jungle, where something evil lives among the ruins.
