The episode highlights the collaboration between a clinical-stage biotech company, Arcellx, and a biopharmaceutical giant, Kite, a Gilead company, on the CART therapy candidate targeting BCMA antigen on multiple myeloma (MM) known as CART-ddBCMA. The candidate is based on a proprietary platform technology D-Domain of Arcellx that aims to improve the efficiency and effective of CART target recognition.
