    Philippa Caufield is a specialized peer support group facilitator who follows the multi-dimensional partner trauma model and runs safe support groups for women experiencing trauma due to the effects of their husband's sexual addiction.     It is really important to release the trauma from the body by crying, lamenting, being in nature, and/or engaging in physical activities that require energy.
