We are delighted to welcome Lisa, an artist whose journey to spirit began after the birth of her son allowed her to reconnect to her creative essence.

As she found expression through her art, Lisa used social media as a tool to share her gifts and attract her tribe. She understands that frequencies attract, and that we can have twin flames with whom we can negotiate an intensely and mutually healing relationship. Preferring the term "divine union" over "twin flame", Lisa discusses how she works to reprogramme the ego to assist us to consider what we allow our energy field to consume, and how by re-friending the ego, we can achieve the balance that allows the divine union to bless us.

As we wrap this series on connecting and working with guides, we consider what life is like with new friend group at your side.

Life with the Guides - your Guides - is akin to a 24/7 marriage. Communication needs to be paramount, and we need to listen and respond to the upgrades and memory lessons the Guides show us. With the connection comes responsibility from both sides.

We need to be especially aware of our intuition and of the other subtle ways Guides communicate with us. We have to keep the dialogue open, and we have to assess continually to be sure that the messages we are being given are ones we can understand.

Your Guides will co-create your future with you, with humour, unconditional love and just sometimes that swift kick in the rear when you aren't listenting. They help us grow our frequency, show us our truths (good and bad) and when the information comes too fast, you have sole sovereignty and can ask for less speed and more time to digest and act on messages.

As the global chaos grows or at least rumbles, it's easy to give in to the fear and anxiety: and that's often what is wanted by the minority that govern us.

But you have a team of Guides at your service. They will help you navigate this all, help you to disconnect from the worry and to reconnect with your authentic self. The more we give in to the anxiety, the more we feed it and put its energy back out into the matrix - but you don't have to do that, you can rise over it, claim your place on the journey to a new earth, and let the last of the dinosaurs walk their path to extinction.
