Melissa Bruner has been the Director of Basketball Operations for the Florida State Women's Basketball team (NCAA D1) for 19 years after serving as the Assistant Director of Athletics and Head Women's Basketball Coach at Coe College for 4 years.

In addition to her basketball duties with the program, Bruner wrapped up her 17th season working as the color analyst for the radio broadcast of all FSU women’s basketball games in the 2023-24 season. She is often on FSU’s ACC Network Extra broadcasts alongside various play-by-play commentators.

Jordan Fee begins his first season as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at NCAA D1 Florida Atlantic University after an amazing first and only season at NCAA D2 Gannon University where he turned the a bottom of the conference team into a 32-2 Elite Eight performance in the 2024 NCAA D2 National Tournament in just one year. Amazing turn-around!

Many in the industry have considered Coach Fee a premier assistant coach in college basketball before last season, and he has quickly proven to be a rising star in the college basketball universe.

Greg Sheley is the Director of Athletics and Head Women's Basketball Coach at Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. He has had an illustrious 32-year career as a Head College Coach that includes 7 years at Butte College in Oroville, California and the last 25 years at Lane CC.

He is well on his way to the Hall of Fame with a career record of 789-204 (.821 win percentage). His team's accolades include:

• 8 30-win seasons
• 16 league/region titles (4 at Butte, 12 at Lane)
• 7 NWAC Championship Titles
• 15 Final Four appearances (1 at Butte, 14 at Lane)
• 21 consecutive postseason appearances.
• 84 game home win streak from 2002-2011

Mike DeGeorge is the Head Men's Basketball Coach at Cal Poly. He has had an amazing career as he has built programs at the NCAA D3 and D2 levels at Eureka College, Cornell College, Rhodes College and Colorado Mesa University where he most recently led the Mavericks to four NCAA D2 National Tournaments that culminated in two Sweet 16 appearances. In the Spring of 2024, he was named as the new Head Coach at Cal Poly where he takes the reigns of his first NCAA Division I program playing in the Big West Conference.

His passion for teaching kids to play fast, intense, position-less basketball is truly inspiring and empowering. His ability to integrate his staff and players as leaders and owners of the program was a great reminder of why I love coaching. He uses analytics and film as prep and direction tools as well as any college coach in the country. Enjoy!

Kanyon Anderson is the Head Women's Soccer Coach at Peninsula College in Port Angeles, Washington. He has emerged as the most successful women’s soccer coach in the Northwest Athletic Conference. Since 2011, his teams have won twelve straight division titles and five NWAC championships. Anderson has been named division coach of the year eight times and NWAC Coach of the Year four times.

Brad Hoyt was named the Head Men's Basketball at Quincy University in April of 2024 after spending 14 years at John Wood Community College as the Head Men's Basketball Coach, Director of Athletics, and yes, the Dean of Students.

During his illustrious career at John Wood, he accumulated a record of 269-156 that included multiple numerous trips to the NJCAA National Tournament including a trip to the NJCAA National Championship Game.

His awards are numerous including Midwest Athletic Conference Coach of the Year, District 16 Coach of the Year, Region 24 Coach of the Year, and Illinois Basketball Coaches Association Coach of the Year.

During our talk, Coach Hoyt demonstrated why he has been so successful as a coach and a leader. His ability to build trust with his staff, players, recruits, peers and the community is phenomenal. Marco Azurdia was named the Executive Director of the NWAC (Northwest Athletic Association of Community Colleges) in 2012 after a decorated career as a Head Women's Basketball for 20+ years at Napa Valley Community College (CA) and Wenatchee Valley Community College (WA).

He walked away from his coaching career with 220 victories and seven 20-win seasons including one season where his team won a remarkable 29 games.

Before moving into his present leadership role, he was named the North Central Washington Female Team Coach of the Year and Female Team Coach of the Decade.
