In the small town of Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, a series of mysterious deaths occurred in nursing homes between 2020 and 2023. Several residents, who were not diabetic, died from severe hypoglycemia. The deaths raised suspicions, and an investigation was launched by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.
