Luke Skywalker has contracted a deadly virus known as The Crimson Forever from a large red crystal. This virus leaves its victims with blood red eyes, red skin, and slows down your life functions until it just kills you.

Leia remembers a story Han told her about red crystals and summons Lando and Chewbacca back to their new base. Chewbacca retells the story of how he and Han were captured and forced to retrieve the crystals from a temple. This story may hold the answer as to saving Luke’s life from this deadly illness.

Published on September 2, 2014, this book details the first meeting of Hera Syndulla and Kanan Jarrus which led to the series premiere of STAR WARS REBELS.
