Slam the Gavel welcomes back Amy Palacios, featured in Raised By These Wolves, Volume II, Child Trafficking Within The Foster Care And Court Systems. Amy was last on the podcast Season 3, Episodes 147, 165 and 179; Season 4, Episodes 134, 145 and 150 which featured Sabrina Berry and Season 5, Episodes 22, 70, 73 and 83.
Sabrina Berry has been put in prison by Judge Gary Henderson for 12 days on a contempt charge on an order that was never followed by the moving party. There is to be a hearing this Tuesday involving her five year-old child. Apparently Sabrina asked for child support and was retaliated against, punished if you will for doing so. This is the growing trend, that if a mother, a parent, asks for child support the other party will gain custody of the child. All of this done at the TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE.
Even though the father has a criminal record, this apparently doesn't bother Judge Henderson. Amy explains Sabrina Berry's story beautifully and would like everyone to email Judge Henderson to FREE SABRINA BERRY.

Being a Narcissistic Abuse SURVIVOR and an alienated parent of 17 YEARS, Jack has contributed to raising awareness of Narcissistic Abuse and educating and supporting survivors. Prior to recently becoming Trustee of Parental Alienation Awareness and the face of the Jack Goodings YouTube channel, Jack spent over 20 years in teaching and senior leadership and spent some time as Company Director in the music industry, helping the unemployed.
In 2017, Jack started waking up to being on the receiving end of narcissistic abuse and parental alienation within his closest circle of friends, family and in the workplace. Jack now spends his time as Trustee of the UK charity Parental Alienation Awareness, overseeing the first responder UK HELPLINE and forming support groups in every county in the UK with the aim of forming a nationwide support hub to bring alienated parents out of ISOLATION and EDUCATE them on their situation and what has happened to them.

Slam the Gavel welcomes back Laurie Smith, LMSW to the podcast. Laurie was last on Season 3, Episode 170 and Season 4, Episodes 37, 74 and 153 and Season 5 Episode 102. The last time Laurie was on we discussed how Mother's Day, Father's Day is a mixed bag for all of Us.
Today we talked about how important the ACE's Scores are and how intergenerational trauma plays into them. Laurie pulled up on the screen (you can watch on YouTube) and showed diagrams of what actually plays into the ACE's Score and the solution is to be proactive. 2/3rds of the population score at least 1 on the ACE's. People with a score of six on the ACE's run more of a risk of dying 20 years early. 1/8th of the population has a score of six.
Laurie explains the root causes and solutions. "It is easy to get into the tunnel vision of 'this is happening to me and I can't do anything about it,' AND if we walk through the world knowing that 2/3rds of the the population have at least 1 on the ACE's Score, everyone needs to know how this will impact their child." Bear in mind the 2/3rds of judges have scored at least 1 on the ACE's this is an opening to discuss how harmful they are being to others.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Lendo Mutambala to the podcast Lendo is from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and had been in family court since the age of 23 when he first had his eldest son. Lendo's actual first time in court was in 2015. He had three major appearances there. At first, Lendo was give custody temporarily and he gave that up and when he did that, it would come back to haunt him, as he explains in this podcast.
Finding himself in court a second time, Lendo was then facing false accusations of neglect. Lendo was able to put documents together, focusing on one of the major lies this was that he was neglecting his son's health issues, being vilified as a young parent. Lendo's career and educational aspirations were now being weaponized against him. Able to convince the judge to give them 50/50 shared custody, it turned out to be the best decision for their child.
Lendo talked about how he flipped this situation where today his son is thriving and has no bad resentment toward his ex or her mother.

Slam the Gavel welcomes Jay Shore, Certified ADA Advocate (2017) and DVSV Survivor Rights Advocate. Invisible Disability Gavel Accountability Forum was discussed as upon entering a courtroom, a person then has a disability.
Jay spoke on how he had gotten into the ADA by talking with Dr. Karen Huffer who explained to Jay about LegalAbuse Syndrome and from there, he decided to be an ADA Advocate. PTSD and Personality Disorders were discussed as the cause of court trauma.
Talking about what constitutes a disability in court, Jay explained that family
court is American Terrorism. Judicial immunity is social deviancy because judges can commit horrific acts on litigants and are protected and immune under judicial immunity. The ADA Rights removes that immunity under 42 USC 12202 because it says actions for ADA violations remove state sovereign immunity from which judicial immunity flows.
We also discussed how to shut down a hearing and court cases such as Lou v. Lopinto, Sugg v. City of Sunrise and Frazier v. Cupp.
