Mike started out with his reading and it was about happiness. Should we pursue happiness or is it the result of living a good life? It was a good conversation.

We talked about sugar coating verses being direct, medications to get sober, dominating people, being rude and saying mean things, and do we really care what others think about us.

There was also a failed Airbnb trip, that had a lesson at the end.

Mike started with his reading and it was about hurts and fears and how we used to cover those up with drugs and alcohol. It also talked about the excuses that we had for justifying that behavior. It was a good conversation.

We chatted about community, self-will, satisfaction from others, "unpacking" things and being pessimistic or optimistic.

Then we ended with a little bit of music talk. Oh and something to do with snakes and our trousers. It's worth it to listen.
