This week the boays are joined by comedian Dan Tiernan. A comedic force of nature and winner of numerous new act-competitions, Dan describes his starting out in standup and how he developed his in-your-face style, recounts his childhood gigs performing magic tricks (not always successfully), and explains how he ended up working as a dinnerlady in his old school. Plus, Steve reminds Dan of how much they both embarrassed themselves at the British Comedy Awards, and Dan describes his recent appearance on Cats Does Countdown.

Inaugural winner of BBC Introducing’s Scottish Act of the Year, Bemz explains how his hip-hop career started in the unlikely setting of Stranraer, discusses the buzz of playing festivals including Reading & Leeds and the main stage at TRNSMT, and gives his thoughts on the Kendrick-Drake beef.
