  • Tonight, we’ll take a drive out to the old abandoned Holly Hills mall! Urban explorers everywhere are drawn to abandoned malls like moths to a porch light. There’s something enchanting about seeing such a large structure frozen in time, like a snapshot of the past that you can step into. You might have experienced this during the pandemic—I recall that movie posters and flyers on store fronts lingered way past their expiration date—sometimes years. But I digress—the topic of our story tonight is in fact not the mall itself—it is the parking garage nearby! Our intrepid explorers decide to have a quick look inside before travelling on, and they discover that this garage has subterranean parking! Who could resist a quick peek into that pitch darkness? Surprisingly, the garage continues down. First 2 floors…. Then 3…. How much further can it go, and why?
