Now introducing the graduates of 2024!

Arasha Lalani is a graduating twenty-something year old with a passion for the performing arts. She co-hosts the ever-popular, legendary podcast Spitball, alongside her bestie, Rowan Niles. Arasha would like to thank her friends and her family for continuing to support her, as she continues to face rejection and shame in the heart of the cold, brutal city of Los Angeles. When asked for a comment, she wrote: “Ball is life. See you in Season Two”

Rowan Niles has been an active part of her student body community and enjoyed her time studying at Spitball. She is the proud president of the gay people club and graduating with a degree in Vanderpump History. Rowan would like to thank Arasha for being a kick ass cohost and admitting on only the third episode that she has peed her pants before. Rowan is looking forward to a summer full of continuing to ponder the meaning of life and assessing everyones attachments styles. She leaves you with this quote "We appreciate each and every one of our ballers and I look forward to the next time I can say 'Good morning Los Angeles'"

Hello, it is us, your mothers. As we close out mothers day weekend we discuss all things motherhood! Who were the TV moms we looked up to as kids? What kind of moms do we think we'll be someday? It is no secret that society puts a lot of pressure on young girls to someday fulfill the role of being a mother, but it's important to acknowledge that if you are choosing that journey for yourself, motherhood can look all types of different. One thing is for sure, we love a badass mom.

It’s all fun and games til someone leaves a hate comment. We live in a world where social media allows everyone to share their opinions. It’s easy to go online and speak against something you might not like, but it’s hard to be on the receiving end of that criticism. Logan Conover joins Rowan & Arasha this week to share some hate that he has faced through his work in the fitness industry, as well as on Tik Tok.
