  • This episode was actually 3  conversation all connected to the topic of should you just have one focus.  Please forgive me for an episode that doesn’t smoothly flow and instead focus on the lessons within.  Our two guest are Rich from @2tonephotos and Lea “La Hefa” from @ liriodelosvalles.info .  

    Segment 1. Rich discusses how he became a real estate paparazzi and why you couldn’t pay him to do wedding photography again.

    Segment 2.  Lea La Hefa comes hard with her “Don’t be a lady, Be a legend” vibes.  She tells a crazy origin story of her as a young hustler and how she has grown into an amazing business women.   Her success comes from her ability to play multiple roles, but you have to hear her describe it.  

    Segment 3.  This is part 2 of my conversation with Rich and here we continue to talk real estate photography, but how drones, & 3D cameras are changing the game.  Plus how his other hustle as an IT Doctor is just the tip of the iceberg for his growing empire.
