    Sep 26 2024

EP42. You’ve heard it said: you are the average of the five people you surround yourself with. But what if the biggest factor in determining your success was about the stories you tell yourself most often?
Is your mental narrative holding you back from being the person you desire to be?

The stories you tell yourself can either push you forward or keep you stuck, and recognizing them is the first step toward true transformation. If you’ve ever wondered how to balance speed with lasting success, this episode is for you!

You will walk away from this episode with tools and strategies to not only better handle grief yourself but also to show up better for those around you who are suffering. EP35. Grief is weird and brutal; and can be suffocating. In this episode, I open up about the moment I became a widow and the hard moments that followed. I stuffed my dead husband’s ashes in a closet. True story.

I share some deeply personal experiences to encourage you to stop stuffing whatever it is you don’t want to face and recognize you are not alone. I’m being totally honest because I know now that it is critical to confront our feelings so you don’t spend years ‘faking fine.’

What I’ve learned can help you survive challenges better than I did. What I share in this podcast will help you fight for YOU.

Take my hand; I’ll walk you through it.
