He let her order three different carpets and she still isn’t satisfied. The plaintiff says he hired the defendant to make a headstone for his father’s grave, but he made a mistake in the date of the engraving. It can’t be repaired, so he has no choice but to sue. The defendant says he sent over paperwork and the plaintiff approved everything. He claims it’s not his fault because the plaintiff signed off on it.
