The way we choose to deliver information can be just as important as the information sometimes. Aeo gets into the responsibilities of the speaker when communicating. Things such as word choice in tone go a long way in how we deliver information. Factoring in your intention and the amount of consideration you give to the listener will help you determine the best words and tones. He also gives his opinion on speaking directly vs indirectly.

Mental health is a topic that has grown to be much more talked about and addressed as society realizes the importance of our mental state and the impact it has on us. The responsibility we have to maintain and build up our mental health isn't spoken about at the same level unfortunately. Aeo gives his take on what mental responsibility is and how we have to take on that responsibility for a better mental state.
