Okey K. Enyia is Founder & CEO of Enyia Strategies - a health policy consulting firm that provides advising, research support, policy analysis, project management, and legislative strategy for individuals and entities seeking measurable ways to influence policy on issues related to health equity, health disparities, social determinants of health and health in all policies. A native of Chicago and the oldest of six children of Nigerian immigrants, he holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Chicago State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry from Lewis University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Public Health with a concentration in health policy and gives back to his community as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Jia was born and raised in China. She has been a language teacher (English and Mandarin Chinese) who has taught in China, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Jia’s passion for helping others to communicate over the last 10 years has led her to become open about her own experience of stuttering in various cultures. Jia is an active member of NSA and has served as the central north regional chapter coordinator. She is a former host for Stutter Social. Jia is also a founder of a Chinese stutter podcast "Stammer Talk" and hosts online support sessions for the Chinese stuttering community. Jia is currently a graduate student in communicative science and disorders at Michigan State University.

Nathias "Notorious" Frederick is a Pro MMA fighter and current Cage Warriors Middleweight Champion fighting out of England. He is a person who stutters and has autism. We discuss topics such as growing up with a stutter, speaking in interviews, his fighting career, advocating for disabilities, his training playlist, and wanting to get into the UFC.

Ian is a Speech-Language Pathologist who developed an interest in stuttering during his graduate program. He has been working in the field for about a year and a half. We discussed topics such as motor speech disorders, the grey area between stuttering and fluency, stuttering therapy, and favorite movies.

Viv joins us for this episode. She has an acquired stutter and just started stuttering last year. We discuss how stuttering has changed her life, functional neurological disorder, advocating for neurogenic stuttering, her time in the military, and other topics such as outdoor sports and swimming.
