  • Episode 023 - Going Beyond “How to’s” to Create a Great Business
    Jun 4 2021
In this episode - the first of a new series - I talk about how and why automation “how to’s” in the online marketing world can crush your business
    efforts.

I crave getting back to business coaching in its purity for empowerment and not for creating a dependency on coaches or self-proclaimed gurus. I explain how my work with clients as a business coach has changed over the past 10 years. We’ve strayed from fundamentals and trusting our inner knowing and I suggest what we can do about it.

As a Business Coach to new coaches and online entrepreneurs, if you are feeling overwhelmed by all the online marketing choices, I would love for you to get back on track to knowing your own genius and truly making business decisions that are best for you and your business.

  • Episode 021 - Siglia Diniz on Health, Healing and Designing Your Life Transition
    Sep 15 2020
Have you ever thought about DESIGNING your life transition? Many of us aren't so proactive. We usually change when we have to and while it's never too late to change up life, during this episode I interview Siglia Diniz about how we can be proactive about it.

Siglia is a public health expert and performance coach. In this episode we talk about how the first step to designing your life transition is to recognize what’s not working.

The more authentic we are the better we can serve others. Siglia talks about how we need to come out to ourselves first in a more profound way, before we come out to others. “We know when we are unhappy but sometimes we can’t name the feeling” so we tend to numb ourselves out instead of having the courage to look at what needs to change.

She talks about the need to pay attention to not ONLY our intuition, but also to the environment around us. Often times people and things give us hints, but we don’t pay attention. What are others really saying to us? We need draw on our inner wisdom AND to be able to discern the advice of others that could actually help you.

We also dive into the question: What stops us from changing?

    The lack of clarity.
Fear and while it is there to protect us, most of the time they are projections based on past experiences.
The Stories we tell ourselves and identifying our “distorted” thoughts.
    Culture and societal expectations.

We also talk about knowing our own tolerance for risk and this is all about knowing who you are. For some this may be about planning ahead, downsizing and designing HOW you will make the life transition.

Finally we talked about earning money and our return on energy. Our culture tells us we have to work hard for our money and this was a personal shift in mindset for Siglia. She shares her shift in her mindset toward abundance and love. That what the world really lacks is love.

  • Episode 017 - Willemijn Maas, You Can Always Change Your Life [Case Study]
    Sep 15 2020
I have been seeking out women who have been moving through a life transition, while reconnecting with their vision for creating a business that supports a life they truly love.

In this interview, I talk with Willemijn Maas. She is took a huge leap leaving the medical profession to create a business that supports a healthier lifestyle… one that allows for more balance in energy and in a way that is authentic to her. Throughout her career as a medical doctor, she has seen people crash trying to keep up with societal norms and she did not want that for herself.

She is now the owner of Elemental Life and a mother of 2 young daughters, she is now as a Holistic Vitality Coach, Yoga Teacher, Yoga Therapist and Red Tent Facilitator where she helps individuals find alignment with their cyclical nature to help them heal and come back to Self. You can find her at https://www.elementallife.net

So what I have observed is that this translates into the desire for creating a simple business that supports where they are at in their life right now. And whether they have a business that needs a bit of shift or whether they are starting a business because they simply want a different life or more income…. they don’t want layers of complication and “busy-making”, but instead they are looking for efficient and sustainable ways to run and grow their business, manage their time and more importantly their energy and to be 100% present and joyful wherever they are…

These are women that have reclaimed their desires, and are on a mission to create a simple business sand a life they love.

I am really excited for you to dive into her story.
