  • Andy Soboil has more than 45 year’s experience as a private yacht chef/ estate chef. His boat travels have taken him from Brazil to Alaska, Florida to Maine, The Bahamas, The Caribbean, The Gulf of Mexico and the Mediterranean, St. Thomas USVI to Martinique, French Guiana and a thousand miles up the Amazon to Manaus.Andy also worked with Saveur Magazine in Spain as the host of a cooking show “The Hungry Traveler” pilot and co-owned and operated the award-winning, all- organic burger house in Los Angeles, O!Burger. Andy holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Hotel School of South Africa and comes from a family of restaurateurs and hoteliers.
