Well....he seems to be a wannabe talk show host with no budget. He thinks he's a hip guy with all the answers..... but in his book nobody who sits on his blown up couch is close to being on his level. Ray is his sidekick who believes he should be sitting in Jim's seat because he thinks he's a complete idiot. Jim also has a very small staff that never gets paid on time if ever, so they lag and kind of just do what they want, because they think Jim is rude and annoying.
