  • "Come Over to My House" was my favorite childhood book that looked at the structural homes of kids across various cultures. Those lessons stuck. I've been navigating homelessness in the USA for 2 years, and finding the beauty within moments of chaos. But I clearly understand that we shouldn't have to find moments of joy within our suffering. Join me as I deconstruct the systems that prevent complex trauma survivors from rising beyond their circumstances. And I'll do it via Appalachian storytelling medicine, or narrative therapy.
