As the owner of BAFS Real Estate and Yay You’re Here Properties in her home state of Minnesota, Tanya has spent the last 15 years building her own career, as well as coaching others, on the foundation of resourcefulness and connection with others. Most new entrepreneurs think that you have to walk through the fire alone before you can find your people, but Tanya believes the opposite.
