  • Summary

  • Welcome to a special edition of the podcast, where for the next five weeks we will be talking all things TRINITONES!

Founded in 2012 at Trinity College Dublin, Trinitones are the pioneers of 'popular' a cappella performance in Ireland. This year we are turning 10, and as part of the celebrations which include a concert in The Sugar Club in Dublin on Saturday April 16th, this podcast will look back at the group's history right up until the present day. This week's episode is entitled 'Origins', where we discuss how the group was formed, the choosing of the name 'Trinitones', first songs learned, first gig, first celebrity encounters and that Teenage Dirtbag video.

Joining me are Ben Jacob, Daragh Kneeshaw, Conor O'Shea and Robert Somerville.

Don't forgot to rate, review and follow/subscribe to the podcast so you never miss an episode.
