    Monica Taylor-Desir, MD, MPH is a psychiatrist with the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN where she serves as a community psychiatrist for the Olmsted County Assertive Community Treatment Team, at the Southeast Regional Crisis Center and as the co-chair for the Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Committee for the Mayo Midwest Department of Psychiatry and Psychology. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic Dr. Taylor-Desir served as a community psychiatrist for tribal communities for 16 years. Dr. Taylor-Desir graduated from the University of Cincinnati College Of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency and a fellowship in community psychiatry at Emory University. Dr. Taylor-Desir is a member of the Health Equity and Racial Justice Committee of the Minnesota Psychiatric Society and also serves on the National Network of Depression Centers Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Workgroup. Dr. Taylor-Desir also has the pleasure of serving as the secretary for the American Psychiatric Association Foundation Board.

    Rob Gadomski, DO is the Deputy Medical Director of Psychiatric Services at Project Renewal, Inc and a graduate of the Columbia Public Psychiatry Fellowship in June 2022. He works primarily with homeless and marginalized individuals in the New York City area. He went to the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for medical school and completed his psychiatry residency training at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia before moving to NYC, where he gathered an interest in working with homeless populations and individuals interacting with the criminal legal system.
