    Easier said than done! Anxiety is also seen as one of those “four-letter” words. Certain types of anxiety are good and healthy, and others are not, no big shock in that statement. In this episode we discuss the good and the bad sides of anxiety and how we’ve failed and been successful at dealing with it.
