The duo does not answer that question but they do talk about how they discovered their identities. Happy birthday Neme! Neme is now old and the next step is the retirement home for them, luckily Ash still has a few months before they join. This episode is a month old but it works since Neme also got old. Birthdays include parties and presents and the duo shares their best gifts through the years.

Body modifications = modifying your body. Some are surgeries and some are tattoos and piercings. Today the duo gives a tattoo tour, talk about student overalls even though Neme is the only student, and they get some exercise during the episode.
