  • Suteara Vaughn, born Suteara Vathanasombat, is a Thai American actress and producer best known for her role as Ariel in Showtime's Shameless. She has also appeared on TNT's Animal Kingdom and starred in the independent feature The Girl in the Pool alongside Freddie Prinze Jr. and Monica Potter. Vaughn broke into the entertainment industry through a Mariah Carey music video, leading to her television debut in HBO's hit series "Entourage." She also starred in the web series *Boys Before Friends* as Chloe James, a boutique owner and advocate for empowering women, where she also served as associate producer and casting associate. She made her film debut opposite Michael Shannon in the psychosexual noir love story "Frank & Lola," but her scene ended up on the editor's floor; she played a feisty rocker in Ashley Avis's romantic drama "Adolescence."
