  • 10 - Ceremony, celebration and coming to life - JoAnn
    Aug 26 2022

Welcome to another episode. This time around I speak with JoAnn in her garden just as we get back from the legendary Shambhala music festival.

Jo Ann is many things. She brings her authentic presence and her infectious joy to the circles and conscious breath retreats she leads. She creates a safe and sacred space for the heart to speak within her circles and private sessions and she has an abiding faith in the unique gifts that each person brings forth. She has over 20 years working internationally with the conscious breath as a certified breath practitioner and as a birth attendant offering conscious gentle birth.

Please join us as we reflect on our weekend at Shambhala and discuss all things linked to spirituality and connection.

This is The Art of Anything.

Welcome to another episode. This time around I speak with Jeff, a breathwork student and coach.

Jeff has studied, trained and practiced with some of the world's leading breathwork and movement facilitators. Wim Hof, Patrick McKeown, Brian Mackenzie, David Shannahoff Khalsa and Jhenneviev Heartt are a few of the influences that have led to the creation of breathARMY, a unique offering of breathwork, meditation, movement and exposure to natural stressors that help us to regain our own true nature.

Jeff and I discuss the benefits of connecting with yourself through breathwork, and using these techniques to stay focused in the now, keeping those gremlins that try to sabotage you and your goals at bay, and think through ways in which we can all live a better life.

In episode four, I am joined by Lars (surname), tattoo & graffiti artist, stonemason, and good friend of mine.
