  • Why is Burnout a Dirty Word for Women : Episode 1
    Jun 1 2024

I wanted to introduce myself and tell you about my offerings in case anyone is struggling in my niche today. I am a Master-Certified Coach with a Doctorate in this work. I focus on self-identified women who are dealing with difficulty in the workplace due to dysfunctional, toxic, and hostile work environments. I focus on thought work and mindset management to help with gaslighting, cognitive dissonance, and all the other things women deal with in insignificantly dysfunctional environments. I have years of experience, lots of training and certifications, and education, and this topic is also the focus of my dissertation. I am wrapping up this spring and will graduate in May 2024 with my doctorate degree.

My goal and passion are helping women specifically with this focus. Through evidence-based practices, I help women efficiently and effectively regain their joy, confidence, and agency. There is no reason for women to have to deal with unnecessary nonsense and preventable suffering in their workplace and lives. I also get it, because it’s my story too. If you’d like to know more about my specific focus and niche, please drop by the website:

That will give you a good overview of my work. I’m excited to share my brand new podcast with you.
