    Brenton Cosden joins The Baguette Boys to discuss the importance of the age-old adage "You Are What You Eat", but the conversation veers off into another fun topic... sleep! You could say this episode is about the "input" you give your body - both food and sleep.

    With the turn of a new month, The Baguette Boys set new goals; all of us are shaking it up pretty big this month by dropping or adding some huge goals.

    • Fad diets aren't sustainable, favor exploration, health, and happiness

    The Baguette Boys come back triumphant over their first Spartan Race! We talk about the experience and look ahead to the next one in June with some lessons learned.
