This episode was one of our favourites. We received a masterclass on breathwork by physiotherapist breathwork practitioner (and all-round kind soul), Campbell Will. Now based in Hawaii, Campbell focuses on optimal movement and respiration, emphasizing the importance of breath control in daily life.

Through Breath Body Therapy, he teaches health practitioners and individuals how to harness the innate abilities of the body and shift energy from problems to solutions.
