    Wade was a firefighter for the Flower Mound Fire Department and he was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 at the age of 31. His cancer was linked to his occupation as a firefighter.


    Gray and his wife have started Season of Stories as a way of trying to help firefighters gain access to early detection methods that could be life saving.
