The event with the Anti-Christ Korihor had impacted Alma mightily and his mind was still on the circumstances of that encounter when he addressed the Zoramites. Alma spoke to the Zoramites about faith and about planting a seed of faith and encouraged them to try an experiment with a seed of faith.
