Dr. Galdon-Clavell is the Founder and CEO of Eticas.ai, an AI compliance company. She works to ensure that AI is serving society through Eticas.ai’s automated bias detection platform and services.

Dr. Galdon-Clavell was an Ashoka Fellow in 2020 and BBC has acknowledged her as one of the “people changing the world.” In 2023, she made the Forbes List, 23 Changemakers, and was the recipient of the United Nation’s Hispanic Star award. Dr. Galdon-Clavell also serves as an adviser at the United Nations, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and the European Union.
