Today is also Social Mobility Awareness Day, so we couldn’t think of a better day to launch our first series, Smashing the Class Ceiling.

In this series, Yvonne Matzk, Chair and founder of the Channel Community and CEO of Coachere, will interview and showcase some fantastic individuals.

They all come from a low socio-economic background but have gone on to build incredibly successful careers in the channel by navigating the corporate corridors and smashing through the class ceiling.

So, without delay, I would like to welcome my next guest, Toni Kent. Toni is a keynote speaker, event host, stand-up comedian, podcaster and writer who is immensely passionate about social mobility. Before her new career, Toni had an incredibly successful career in the channel, with her most recent role being at Microsoft.
