    Through no fault of their own, veterans can develop moral injuries alongside PTSD after witnessing or being unable to prevent acts that go against what they believe is right. In this episode Combat Stress’ Head of Research, Dr Dominic Murphy, explains what moral injuries are and the research they’re undertaking to identify effective treatment.
