John the Baptist is such an important person in the life of Christ. He prepared the way of the Lord and made His paths straight. Danny and Robert will discuss John the Baptist, the man, his purpose, and his place in human history.

In this episode, Danny and Kurt will look at the works of the flesh and the fruit of the Spirit. They lust against each other and we can never walk in the flesh and in the Spirit at the same time. They are contrary to one another.

Lightning Round Question 19 is a good one! Is it sinful to gamble? Kurt will look to the word of God and apply the godly instruction that is found in His word to answer this question.

We have finished the five major discourses of Jesus in the gospel of Matthew. Now we will step into the gospel of Mark and see the Lord as Mark portrays Him. He is both Savior and Servant in Mark. Thank you for joining us in our study of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

"Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and do not be entangled again in with a yoke of bandage. For you brethren have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another." Galatians 5:1 and 13.

We have concluded the five major discourses of Matthew! In our pursuit of learning more about Jesus, we will turn to the gospel of Mark and look at the special things that he has for us concerning our Lord and Savior. We also have some exciting news about a new hymn!!!

As the fifth and final discourse of Jesus comes to a close, Jesus will tell us what the day of judgment will look like and what we need to know before it comes. We encourage you to be kind and to love the least of these Christ's brethren.

As we move through Galatians 4, the apostle Paul will continue to show the Christians in Galatia, not only that the law won't justify them, but that the law itself shows us that there is bondage under the fleshly ordinances that are found there. He will use Abraham, Sarah, and Hagar to further explain this important truth.
