    From the 'Fiend Folio' bio:

    'This tome contains alphabetical listings of monsters designed for use with the Advanced Dungeons & Dragons game system. Each creature is describes and most are illustrated for easy identification. Using the new encounter tables contained herein, this work is sure to add new excitement to any AD&D game.'

  • Episode #6: The Legend of Drizzt Book Club - Homeland!

    This week, Fiona and Hamilton finally decide to start an actual book club and begin their own epic quest to read the entirety of The Legend of Drizzt series of fantasy novels by R.A Salvatore. Starting in chronological order, our host set off with 'Homeland', the first book in The Dark Elf Trilogy, a prequel to The Icewind Dale Trilogy.

    Published in 1990, 'Homeland' follows the story of Drizzt from around the time and circumstances of his birth and his upbringing amongst the drow (dark elves).

    From the blurb of 'Homeland':

    "Travel back to strange and exotic Menzoberranzan, the vast city of the drow and homeland to Icewind Dale hero Drizzt Do'Urden.
