  • A man in his elder years recently spoke to me about being disappointed with addiction to a smartphone. His upcoming next adventure is outside the states and the digital device isn't going with him. Cold turkey! I can't do that. 75% of what I do from doing interviews, to movie premieres and performing live on stage requires that smartphone. What I've done to discipline my addiction is take note of the multiple hats I'm wearing. The recording and editing of podcasting can't be interrupted by the business side. How many hats are you wearing at one time and how quickly does it create a negative trigger?
